- 3x Blanc de Blanc – deriving from 100% Chardonnay grapes, without passage in wood. Fresh, easy to drink. Minimum 20 months of aging on the less up to a maximum of 24, depending on the year.
- 3x Blanc de Noir – 100% Pinot Noir, with great structure, subtle passage in French oak barrels, suitable for accompanying a dinner. Aging of 72 months on the lees.
