ORIGIN: it takes its name from the vineyard parcel from which the grapes are taken.
PRODUCTION AREA: Sessame, DOCG of Piemonte Moscato Vendemmia Tardiva.

HARVEST PERIOD: beginning of September
VINIFICATION: the grapes are harvested in boxes and left to dry for a period of about 60 days on racks. After the drying period, the grapes are manually destemmed and sent to a steel tank where fermentation will begin. The must is filtered with Irish bags and places in barriques for over a year.

ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: amber yellow color. The nose is complex and intense, with notes that recall raisings, orange and candied peach. Despite withering, this wine maintains an excellent freshness both in the nose and in the mouth.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18/20°
FOOD PAIRINGS: aged cheeses accompanied by jams, or a classic hazelnut cake.
