VINIFICATION: in stainless steel autoclave with controlled temperatures between 16-18° for a few days, until obtaining a stone volume equal to 5% and the right perlage. The vinification process as a whole takes about 50 days.
ALCOHOL: 5% Vol.
ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMINATION: it is a sweet, aromatic, fresh and slightly sparkling wine, which expresses a delicate and harmonious symphony of floral scents and fruity, sweet and seductive aromas.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 4°
FOOD PAIRINGS: we recommend pairing with a platter of aged cheeses paired with jams, an unusual pairing but in our opinion perfect for our “Fantasia”.
